**REQUIREMENTS:** \-Intermediate English \-ID card and degree certificate \-Recent graduates or with 1 year of experience \-Industrial engineer or other engineering discipline **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Develop and update production plans based on customer orders and installed capacity.** Create production orders, ensuring their proper scheduling, prioritization, and tracking. **Establish manufacturing priorities and manage strict adherence to delivery deadlines.** Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and profitability, proposing and implementing improvements. **Efficiently manage resources, especially raw materials, to prevent shortages or excesses.** Monitor production progress, identify deviations, and execute corrective actions. **Generate periodic production reports, including goal achievement, material usage, and efficiency metrics.** Analyze databases, identify consumption patterns and demand behavior to support decision-making. **Ensure integration and proper functioning of management systems such as SAP and SAE for material planning and production orders.** Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, quality, maintenance, and food safety departments. **Participate in production meetings, audits, and process improvement projects.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
