Dynamic environment with key operational responsibilities. **Vacancy: Administrative Procurement Assistant** ----------------------------------------------- **Location:** Puebla (willingness to travel to CDMX) **Work Modality:** On-site A company in the restaurant sector is seeking an **Administrative Procurement Assistant** with experience in inventory control, supplier management, and administrative systems. ### **Academic Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Gastronomy**, or an economics/business administration-related field * Incomplete degree acceptable **with verifiable experience** ### **Required Experience** * Minimum **2 years** in a similar or related position * Minimum **2 years** of experience in: + Accounting systems + Configuration and administration of **point-of-sale (POS) systems** * Experience in **internal controls and KPIs** * Experience in the **restaurant industry** (preferred) * Valid **Class A driver’s license** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Placing and tracking orders with suppliers * Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries * Preparing **supplier comparison charts** * Updating supplier databases * Controlling and analyzing **inventories** * Resolving delivery-related incidents * Verifying invoices and coordinating payments with the finance department * Uploading and generating invoices on supplier portals * Analyzing **purchases vs. sales** * Executing and analyzing **inter-branch transfers** * Managing, updating, and modifying the **point-of-sale (POS) system** * Updating schedules on digital platforms * Procuring supplies for **special events** * Supporting administrative tasks essential to operations ### **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in administrative and accounting systems * Data entry and analysis * Internal controls * Performance indicators (KPIs) * Intermediate–advanced Excel (preferred) ### **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication (in-person and digital: phone, email, WhatsApp) * Negotiation * Teamwork * Results orientation * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Organization and orderliness * Problem-solving * Critical thinking and analysis * Working under pressure * Responsibility and objectivity * Flexibility and adaptability ### **Employment Conditions** * **Employment Type:** Permanent (permanent staff status after 3 months) * **Work Schedule:** 8 hours + 30 minutes for lunch or break * **Days Off:** Rotating day off * **Transportation:** Personal car or motorcycle (preferred) ### **We Offer** * **Net Monthly Salary:** $16,000 to $18,000 MXN (based on skills) * **Food Vouchers:** $1,200 MXN * **Statutory Benefits** * Job stability * Professional growth
