Coordination with production, purchasing, and warehouse departments ### **Junior Planner** **Company:** DEGASA S.A. de C.V. **Department:** Planning / Operations **Job Objective** Support production and materials planning and tracking, ensuring adherence to schedules, delivery timelines, and inventory levels. **Main Responsibilities** * Support production planning and materials control. * Track production orders and delivery dates. * Analyze inventory levels and material requirements. * Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse departments. * Prepare and update planning reports. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Logistics, or related field). * Minimum 1 year of experience in planning, production, or logistics (preferred). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP / SAP knowledge preferred. * Organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills. **We Offer** * Base salary: **$15,000.00 gross** per month. * Savings fund: **6%** of base salary. * Food vouchers: **$1,300** pesos per month. * Vacation days as stipulated by law. * **15** days’ salary as Christmas bonus. * **25%** vacation premium. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Life insurance (upon plant assignment) (after 3 months). * SGMM (for employee and children) (upon plant assignment). * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Job stability and professional development.
