Experience: 2 years **Proficiency in Microsoft Office.** **Advanced Excel proficiency (80% minimum) is mandatory.** Flexible working hours **Required Knowledge** * Database management and updating. * Procurement experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals or pharmacy laboratories). * Quotation and purchase order follow-up. * Supplier negotiations. * Cost analysis. * Preparation of reports and purchase order control. * Control of goods inflows and outflows at warehouses. * Development of sales growth strategies and plans. * Monitoring and control of stock shortages across warehouses and branches. * External customer telephone support. * Billing follow-up. * Various administrative procedures. * Data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas. **Net monthly salary:** $15,000\.00 \*Statutory benefits. **Skills** Teamwork.
