Lead follow-up and assistance to provide sufficient information for the Sales Executive to identify customer needs and facilitate a potential purchase. Assignment of leads to Sales Executives for follow-up, negotiation, and sale closure. Stay continuously updated at the dealership to provide better information and advisory service to customers. Provide agile and friendly customer advisory service to maintain an excellent customer service image. Timely follow-up with Sales Executives regarding assigned leads: credit applications, reservations, negotiations, sale closures, invoicing, and vehicle deliveries. Support activities related to the Marketing department. Make timely follow-up calls. Schedule appointments on the sales floor. Provide complete and reliable information enabling customers to thoroughly understand the vehicle of interest. Requirements EDUCATION: Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related field. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year in a similar position.
