The objective is to assist in executing daily administrative and auxiliary tasks that ensure operational continuity while acquiring professional competencies in Human Capital and Service Administration. Main Responsibilities: Document Management: Control, filing, and numbering of physical and digital files; digitization of official documents and safeguarding of sensitive information. Reception Support: Answering telephone calls; receiving visitors, suppliers, and candidates; and directing them to the appropriate department. Supply Control: Monitoring and managing office supply inventory (stationery, consumables), preparing procurement need reports. Correspondence Management: Receiving, registering, and distributing parcels, courier deliveries, and institutional mail. Logbook Maintenance: Regular updating of attendance records, cleaning logs, or meeting room usage logs. Recruitment and Selection: Assisting in posting job vacancies across various job boards, performing initial resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Employee Support: Providing assistance regarding general inquiries about internal administrative procedures or distribution of administrative stationery. Training and Pedagogy: Supporting logistics for training courses, preparing instructional materials, and tracking training plans.
