Job Summary: We are seeking a Fabric Buyer to manage the end-to-end procurement process, supplier development, and inventory analysis for a textile company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire procurement process and delivery tracking 2. Evaluate and develop suppliers to ensure quality and compliance 3. Analyze consumption and inventory levels to optimize stock levels "FABRIC BUYER" A textile company is looking for your talent as a FABRIC BUYER. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the complete procurement process: requisitioning, quotation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and follow-up. * Generate and maintain control of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. * Track fabric delivery dates and report delays. * Evaluate and develop suppliers (quality, cost, on-time delivery). * Analyze consumption, turnover, and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, cost analysis). Experience in negotiation and cost analysis. Numerical analysis skills and results-oriented mindset. Planning and organizational skills. Follow-up and control capabilities. Desirable (for textile buyers): Knowledge of fabrics, trimmings, and textile industry processes.
