Analyze costs, monitor fill rate, and generate purchase orders. Review sales and promotional performance by business format: wholesale and self-service. Ensure margin and control of competitive pricing. Analyze supplier- and category-level performance reports to identify opportunities and concrete sales actions. Identify business opportunities among existing suppliers and in new categories, applying the new product policy. Manage advertising quotas, logistics agreements, and growth plans.
