We invite you to join us as a **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** Location: Hermosillo, Sonora **Job Objective:** *Provide support to Purchasing Management through the management, coordination, and follow-up of administrative matters within the department.* **Responsibilities:** * Manage purchase orders in the system (review and authorization). * Liaise with and control service payments (electricity, telephone service, etc.). * Prepare accounts payable reports. * Track supplier payments with Accounting. * Monitor and report on the status of purchase orders. * *And others.* **Requirements:** * *Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.* * *Prior experience: 1 year as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in procurement.* * *Knowledge: Administrative processes, procurement, data entry, document filing and control.* * *Skills: Administrative software, Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory).* We’re waiting for you!
