This position will be key to supporting the Administration department and contributing to the success of our company. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \- 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles. \- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. \- Reside in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Tepotzotlán, or nearby areas. \- Positive attitude and commitment. \- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday mornings. **Functions and Responsibilities:** \- Administration of supplies and inventory management. \- Sourcing and evaluation of suppliers. \- Execution of daily administrative activities. \- Management of procurement and acquisitions. \- Other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration team. **Competencies:** \- Service-oriented attitude and customer focus. \- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. \- Organization and time management. \- Teamwork and collaboration. \- Effective communication of information and results.
