We are currently looking for your talent as: **Technical Support Analyst with SAP knowledge.** **Objective:** This position is vital in ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s devices, corporate accounts, licenses, and technological resources, delivering timely technical support and efficiently managing the technological asset inventory. **Responsibilities:** * Provide preventive and corrective **technical support** for the company’s technological devices (computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, etc.). * Create, manage, and maintain corporate accounts for new hires, employee role changes, or departures. * Manage and administer **software licenses** and corporate tools, ensuring compliance with validity periods and usage policies. * Keep the **technological asset inventory** up to date, including asset additions, removals, and equipment maintenance. * Monitor the proper operation of the network and internal systems, escalating incidents when necessary. **Skills:** * Hardware and software technical support * SAP knowledge * Administration of Windows and/or macOS operating systems * Basic networking and connectivity knowledge * Technological inventory management **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; either completing studies or graduated * Excellent attitude and sense of urgency * Order and precision in performance * Excellent attitude * Proactivity **We Offer:** **Salary:** * $10,000–$12,000 MXN Gross Monthly * Statutory benefits **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00–$14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
