





FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Support * Address hardware, software, and system incidents. * Diagnose and resolve failures in computers, printers, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. * Provide support for basic networks and connectivity. * Manage and track support tickets. * Perform data backups and recovery. * Document incidents and technical solutions. Programming and Systems * Develop and maintain basic scripts or applications to automate internal processes. * Support the maintenance of internal systems and databases. * Fix bugs and implement functional improvements. * Assist in integrating systems and technological tools. * Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions. * Collaborate with the IT department on development projects and continuous improvement initiatives. * Conduct basic functionality testing and change control.
