Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist with experience in hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure administration, providing assistance and training to users. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support in hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity. 2. Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and operating systems. 3. Incident management, data backup, and user training. **Main Responsibilities:** · Technical support to users for hardware, software, networks, Internet, WiFi, and VoIP · Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and corporate software · Fault diagnosis and resolution, application of updates and patches · Basic network infrastructure administration (servers, switches, access points, structured cabling) · Cybersecurity support, antivirus, and firewalls · Incident management using helpdesk tools · Data backup and recovery · User training and documentation of procedures · CCTV installation, maintenance, and diagnostics. **Candidate Requirements:** · General proficiency in MS365, Aspel, ERPs, and CRM · Knowledge of antivirus, firewall, switch, access point, and access control administration and support, among others · Experience with helpdesk tools · Experience with email, OneDrive, and computer equipment backup and recovery · Basic knowledge of virtualization (Hyper\-V, VMware) · Intermediate-level experience supporting cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) · Structured cabling expertise · Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. · Basic knowledge of project administration and agile methodologies (PMI, SCRUM) · Basic knowledge of IT policy and process design and improvement (ITIL, ISO 9001/20000/27001, NIST, etc.) · Basic knowledge of cybersecurity tools (EDR, IDS, IPS, IAM) **We Offer:** · Net monthly salary of 19,000 to 21,000 MXN · Statutory benefits · Punctuality bonus · Grocery vouchers **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 hrs, with two hours for lunch; half-day Saturday work remotely.
