Active participation in the continuous improvement of technological processes We are seeking an **Information Technology (IT) Analyst** responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, and security of the organization’s technological infrastructure. The selected candidate will provide technical support, administer platforms and networks, and participate in the continuous improvement of technological processes. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science *(or related fields)* * 1–3 years of experience in similar positions. * User support and network administration. * Server, virtual machine, or cloud service management (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.). * Knowledge of antivirus solutions, backups, and cybersecurity best practices. * Experience with ticketing systems. * Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Basic network administration (LAN, VLAN, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, VPN). * Proficiency in office and collaboration tools. * Knowledge of hardware and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Preferred: database knowledge, ITIL, basic scripting ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Administer virtual platforms, software, and licenses. * Provide technical support to all branches and maintain computing equipment in good working condition. * Monitor and manage the data network, internet services, telephony, and security systems. * Supervise installations and technological infrastructure. * Implement contingency plans, backups, and cybersecurity measures while maintaining strict confidentiality. * Coordinate the use of IT resources and request necessary supplies. * Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines and safeguard departmental documentation. * Report incidents and perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***WE OFFER*** * Statutory benefits * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
