Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst to create reports, implement system improvements, and manage software inventory for a pharmacy specializing in infertility treatments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Report generation and module enhancement in company systems 2. Software inventory control and technical support to users 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers It is the only pharmacy and distributor in Mexico specialized in medications and products for infertility treatments: **Systems Analyst.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop reports through programming using specific languages and tools to generate automated reports, improving departmental efficiency and data-driven decision-making. * Implement and enhance modules in company systems. * Manage physical software inventory and software licensing for the IT department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field (degree and professional license mandatory). * **Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar positions.** * Technical English. **Knowledge/Skills:** * SQL database management. * Programming languages. * Administration of Active Directory domain servers and Microsoft Outlook. * Installation, optimization, and administration of IP telephony. * Preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of computers and printers. * Printer administration. * Technical support for basic software applications and end users. * Windows and Linux operating systems. * Office 365 productivity tools. * Networking (TCP/IP, cabling, switches, routers). **We Offer:** * **Work schedule:** Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * **Monthly salary: $17,000 net.** * Biweekly payments * 100% nominal salary * Direct employment contract with the company * Positive work environment. * **Statutory benefits** **Work Location:** **Av.
