




Job Summary: DEMSA is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage the full hiring cycle—from talent sourcing to personnel administration and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attendance control and incident reporting DEMSA, a company dedicated to the distribution of high-specialty pharmaceuticals, is seeking new talent for its HUMAN CAPITAL department. ***Recruitment and Selection Analyst*** Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or current candidate. * Experience: Over 1 year. Responsibilities / Functions: * Ensure internal and/or external recruitment and selection of candidates matching the required profile for open positions generated by the company. * Process personnel movements in the system. * Prepare fixed-term and indefinite-term contracts as applicable. * Monitor staff attendance via physical devices and intranet. * Report staff incidents. * Manage candidate database. * Analyze and report on recruitment metrics. * Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. * Personnel management. * Weekly reporting on filled vacancies. We Offer: * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; rotating Saturdays, 4 hours. * Base salary: $18,000 monthly gross. * Productivity bonus: $5,000 monthly. * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $1,000 monthly. * Grocery vouchers: $1,000 monthly. * Full statutory benefits (100% employer contributions). * Savings fund: 9% after 4 months. * SGMM and SV upon completion of one year. * Work location: Escuela 3835, Col.
