Statutory benefits A prominent service-sector company requires: Payroll Specialist – Experience in business services Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. Experience: 2 years of payroll experience in companies with at least 500 employees. Responsibilities: · Payroll calculation and IDSE transactions. · Settlement and severance calculations. · Weekly and biweekly payroll calculations. · Incident tracking and management. · System and IDSE transaction control and execution (hiring, termination, and salary modifications). · Disability tracking and registration. · ST-7 form completion and follow-up. · SUA payment processing. · INFONAVIT and FONACOT credit control, application, and clarification. · ISN calculation and review.
