Requires proficiency in the Federal Labor Law (FLL), Social Security Law, and advanced Excel **Primary Objective:** To guarantee the accurate execution of payment processes, ensuring the organization's legal and tax compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Payroll Calculation and Preparation: Execution of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll (earnings and deductions). * Social Security Management: Comprehensive handling of transactions in IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Severance and Settlement Calculations: Determination of amounts due upon termination of employment as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (FLL). * Incident Administration: Recording and tracking of absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and overtime hours. * Tax Compliance: Calculation of Income Tax (ISR) withholdings and determination of Payroll Tax (ISN). * Audit Support: Assistance in internal and external audits related to payroll and social security. **Candidate Profile** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll and compensation. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL) and Social Security Law. * Proficiency in \[Insert Software: e.g., Contpaqi Nóminas, NOI, SAP, Workday]. * Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, logical formulas, and database cross-referencing). * Skills: Analytical ability, discretion in handling sensitive information, and excellent organizational skills.
