




Job Summary: Professional responsible for the accurate execution of payroll and social security, ensuring the organization's legal and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages payroll, social security, and severance payments in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (FLL) 2. Ensures legal and tax compliance in payment processes 3. Requires proficiency in the Federal Labor Law (FLL), Social Security Law, and advanced Excel **Primary Objective:** To guarantee the accurate execution of payment processes, ensuring the organization's legal and tax compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Payroll Calculation and Preparation: Execution of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll (earnings and deductions). * Social Security Management: Comprehensive handling of transactions in IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Severance and Settlement Calculations: Determination of amounts due upon termination of employment as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (FLL). * Incident Administration: Recording and tracking of absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and overtime hours. * Tax Compliance: Calculation of Income Tax (ISR) withholdings and determination of Payroll Tax (ISN). * Audit Support: Assistance in internal and external audits related to payroll and social security. **Candidate Profile** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll and compensation. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL) and Social Security Law. * Proficiency in \[Insert Software: e.g., Contpaqi Nóminas, NOI, SAP, Workday]. * Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, logical formulas, and database cross-referencing). * Skills: Analytical ability, discretion in handling sensitive information, and excellent organizational skills.
