As a **Payroll Analyst**, you will be responsible for efficiently administering the company’s payroll, including calculation based on payroll incidents, recording payments of benefits and commissions, ensuring proper fulfillment of statutory benefits and employer-employee obligations, monitoring timely payment of employer contributions and payroll-related charges to various institutions—including IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and State Government—and maintaining accurate records within the company’s internal system. **Key Responsibilities:** * Managing, controlling, and applying payroll incidents in pre-payroll processing, aligned with the established payroll calendar (weekly and bi-weekly). * Proficiency in payroll software (NOI). * Calculating employee payments (overtime, holidays, etc.). * Calculating salaries, severance pay, vacation entitlements, and other statutory benefits. * Administering and tracking vacation payments and usage. * Handling government-related procedures and filings. * Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations, including the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, Payroll Tax Regulations, etc. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll to resolve any discrepancies. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting—mandatory.** * Positive attitude * Teamwork orientation * Proactivity * Effective communication skills * Organizational and time-management skills * Strong mathematical and numerical aptitude * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (**mandatory**) * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability * Minimum preferred experience: 2 years managing payroll and corporate accounting **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Monthly food vouchers * Complimentary uniforms Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term employment contract * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Application Questions: * Do you have experience managing payroll and corporate accounting?
