





We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all payroll-related activities, ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations and the company’s internal policies. **Responsibilities:** * Process and administer employee payroll promptly and accurately. * Calculate and verify deductions and withholdings (taxes, insurance, voluntary contributions, etc.). * Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee files. * Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and tax authorities. * Address and resolve employee inquiries and complaints related to payroll. * Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure proper payroll management. * Comply with current labor and tax regulations. * Carry out government-related procedures (IMSS/Infonavit). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling payroll. * Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and management software. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Analytical skills and strong attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional development opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract Experience: * Payroll management: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
