Close collaboration with Management **Position: Management Data Assistant and Analyst** A company in the **tourism–hospitality sector** is looking for a **Management Data Assistant and Analyst**, with analytical and administrative focus, to directly support Management in strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analysis, consolidation, and control of operational and administrative information * Preparation of executive reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Presentation of clear and structured data to Management * Monitoring of results, goals, and strategic projects * Direct administrative support to Management * Handling and safeguarding of confidential information **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or administrative roles supporting Management * Intermediate–advanced Excel (mandatory) * Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar tools proficiency is desirable * Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills * Discretion, responsibility, and effective communication skills **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development opportunity * Close collaboration with Management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
