Position Objective Ensure the proper execution and control of domestic logistics, managing freight quotations, goods receipt, and invoice reconciliation to guarantee traceability and operational efficiency. What Profile Are We Looking For? Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 1 to 3 years in domestic logistics and interaction with carriers. Essential Software: ERP (Contpaq) and management systems proficiency. Digital Skills: Intermediate Excel and Google Drive proficiency. Knowledge: Inventory management, receiving processes, and warehouse operational order. Your Key Responsibilities Freight Management: Obtain quotations from various carriers and courier companies, comparing costs and delivery times. Receipt Control: Register goods receipt in the ERP/Contpaq system, validating quantities and documentation. Administrative Audit: Reconcile logistics invoices against quotations to identify deviations or improper charges. Warehouse Operations: Coordinate physical material receipt and ensure its correct placement. Inventory: Support physical inventory counts, validate stock levels, and generate movement reports.
