Four blocks from Polanco metro station. **What we’re looking for** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or near graduation). * 1–2 years’ experience managing payroll for 250–300 employees, including receipt, control, and review of payroll incidents; payroll review (Income Tax [ISR], IMSS contributions, Infonavit deductions); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot loans, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk assessments, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience handling payroll settlements and final payments (finiquitos), Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and loan calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years’ experience performing tax reconciliations: tax determination and filing, and worker-employer contribution reporting.
