Objective: To maintain accurate inventory control according to the characteristics of each material, ensuring timely recording of receipts and issuances, thereby supporting the order-picking process and enhancing its productivity. * Guarantee inventory reliability to ensure accurate material picking. * Ensure every material is located in its designated position per the warehouse layout, enabling efficient operations. * Verify that every physical movement is accurately reflected in the system (e.g., receipts, replenishments, relocations, returns, etc.). * Monitor and generate reports on products nearing expiration and inventory adjustments in the system. * Send the near-expiry product report to coordinators and manage material adjustments within the system. * Generate the daily stock report for various warehouses using transaction SCWM/MON. * Email the daily stock report to floor supervisors, distribution planners, logistics analysts, and warehouse coordinators. Education: Technical (Certified) degree in Economics/Administration, Logistics, or related fields (incomplete Bachelor’s degree accepted). Experience: One year of experience in cyclical inventory management. Data entry. FIFO/FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) and LIFO/LCFO (Last-Expired-First-Out) storage methods. Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office skills (basic Excel functions such as pivot tables and filters). SAP system knowledge (desirable). We Offer: Direct employment.
