Data analysis and calculation of optimal inventory levels We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inventory Analyst to join our team. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory records are accurate and timely. This involves tracking stock levels, analyzing trends and patterns, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless daily operations. Requirements: * Prior experience in inventory analysis or a related field. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables minimum) Responsibilities: * Conduct cyclic, annual, and special inventories. * Generate periodic inventory reports and analyses using tools such as Excel at an intermediate-to-advanced level. * Analyze data and calculate optimal inventory levels for products and materials. * Monitor company-established quality standards. * Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) audits. * Perform petty cash reconciliations.
