Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts and discrepancy analysis, and coordinating with other departments to resolve incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy in the WMS 2. Performing cycle counts and physical reconciliations 3. Analyzing discrepancies and generating variance reports Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in the WMS and related systems. Perform cycle counts, physical reconciliations, and authorized adjustments. Analyze discrepancies and generate variance reports including root causes and corrective actions. Coordinate with operations, quality, and customers to resolve inventory-related incidents. Prepare turnover, ageing, and stock level reports. Flexible to support other areas within the warehouse.
