Additionally, ensure compliance with accounting regulations and closely collaborate with other departments to guarantee consistency and accuracy of the company’s accounting information. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance. 2 years of experience as an accountant or accounting analyst. 1 year of experience interpreting financial statements. Experience handling legal entities and individuals. Payroll processing. Proficiency in Contpaq. Intermediate Excel skills. Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate and linked records of the company’s fixed assets. * Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable against the administrative system. * Validate the accounting entries for revenue, expense, and journal vouchers for the two individuals and two legal entities within the group. * Calculate and file federal and monthly tax returns. * VAT (IVA), Income Tax (ISR), and withholding taxes for both individuals and legal entities. * Supervise reconciliation between income and expense CFDIs recorded in the ERP system and those issued and received as reflected on the SAT website. * File the DIOT report for PROISSA. * Reconcile and file IMSS contributions. * Calculate and file the Payroll Tax. * Analyze expenses by department. * Budgetary control. * Conduct inventory audits by reconciling system data with physical stock across the company’s various branches. * Process inventory reports for entry into the ERP system.
