**Prestigious Mexican restaurant company is seeking:** **IMSS Analyst** **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field. \- Minimum 5 years of experience in: Social Security transaction and personnel movement management; knowledge of INFONAVIT and FONACOT; execution of affiliation-related transactions. \- Proficiency in Excel. **Responsibilities:** \- Efficiently and accurately manage and process billing \- Apply advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generation \- Operate and maintain the Oracle database \- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy of accounting records \- Provide support in resolving IMSS system-related issues \- Execute IMSS affiliation transactions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, employer registration changes, and salary modifications. \- Completion, tracking, and occupational risk control (ST7), occupational risk premium declaration. \- Calculation of IMSS payments, contributions, RCV, and INFONAVIT (SUA) and reconciliations \- Occupational risk administration and control within SUA for occupational risk premium calculation. \- Tracking of employees’ INFONAVIT loans. \- Tracking of disability pensions. \- Direct handling of requirements at the offices of both institutions: IMSS and INFONAVIT. \- Execution of affiliation transactions in IDSE \- SUA system management \- IMSS virtual desktop management \- INFONAVIT postal service management \- SUA, IDSE, and payroll reconciliations \- Online and in-person procedures at IMSS and INFONAVIT sub-delegations (Employer registration, affiliations, clarifications, etc.) \- Reporting to the respective department \- Legal and physical file management \- Occupational risk premium determination \- INFONAVIT amortization calculation \- Occupational risk form completion and control If you are seeking a professional challenge and believe your profile matches our requirements, do not hesitate to apply!
