




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage and support key processes, driving growth, culture, and talent development, as well as coordinating workplace climate certifications. Supports career planning, succession planning, and individual development. We’re looking for your talent as a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST**! Your objective will be: To manage and support HR department processes, especially those aimed at fostering growth, cultural alignment, performance improvement, and talent evolution within the company. Additionally, to coordinate workplace climate-related certifications such as GPTW, ESR, Top Companies, UN Global Compact, among others. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Participate in the planning and execution of organizational transformation processes (restructurings, mergers, and cultural changes). 2. Support strengthening internal values and culture; administer organizational climate surveys; propose improvements in leadership, communication, and collaboration. Monitor activities related to the management of Psychosocial Risk Factors according to NOM 035. 3. Update and standardize organizational charts, roles and responsibilities, and align job profiles with competencies and organizational structure. 4. Support the development of career and succession plans, as well as Individual Development Plans (IDPs). 5. Create, review, and modify internal departmental processes in accordance with the Quality Management System requirements. 6. Monitor workplace wellbeing and organizational climate certifications such as Great Place To Work, Socially Responsible Company, Top Companies, UN Global Compact, Building Happiness, among others. 7. Monitor the employee compensation plan; create agreements to provide additional benefits beyond statutory benefits to improve employees’ quality of life. 8. Conduct in-depth interviews to analyze candidates’ personalities relative to the organization’s cultural fit. 9. Develop agreements and programs to foster young talent, such as internships or professional practice releases and social service placements. 10. Conduct interviews and follow-up with interns participating in the “Delters in Construction” program, as well as supervise their projects, initiatives, and professional development. 11. Administer projective tests for psychological professional analysis of candidates’ cultural fit with the organization. 12. Administer and analyze anxiety and depression tests (Goldberg Test) for internal and external clients, as required.
