




**Job Description** We are an established and growing company seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** to support the execution and optimization of talent management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing recruitment, development, and talent retention strategies, ensuring proper application of company-defined policies and processes. Additionally, you will contribute to KPI analysis and continuous improvement, optimizing talent management with a data-driven approach. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Human Resources roles. **Knowledge of:** * Execution of processes, handling and analysis of HR KPIs (turnover, time-to-hire, employee performance, etc.) * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. * Organizational development and performance evaluation. * Application of strategies to improve workplace climate and talent retention. * Labor legislation and current regulations. * Use of ERP systems, Excel, and talent management tools. **Skills:** * Data analysis and KPI-based decision-making. * Ability to optimize processes under established guidelines. * Organization, planning, and focus on continuous improvement. * Teamwork and effective communication with department leaders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute Human Resources processes aligned with the organizational strategy defined by the company. * Manage recruitment and selection of personnel, applying data-driven methodologies and KPI analysis. * Analyze key metrics (time-to-hire, turnover, employee performance) and provide insights to management for decision-making. * Support implementation of integration and onboarding strategies for new talent. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations in human talent management. * Collaborate in executing organizational development and talent retention initiatives. * Provide support in automating and optimizing HR processes. * Contribute to continuous improvement of the department, ensuring correct execution of defined processes. **We Offer:** Competitive salary.
