Job Objective Analyze, optimize, and present strategic information using business intelligence tools to support decision-making and provide basic technical support to ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources. * Design and maintain interactive dashboards in **Power BI**. * Automate reports and conduct trend analysis. * Provide basic technical support for software and devices. * Train users on efficient use of technological tools. * Participate in innovation and continuous improvement projects. Requirements * Education: **Engineering degree** (related to information technology, systems, or similar fields). * Minimum experience: **2 years** in data analysis, report generation, and technical support. * Knowledge of: * **Power BI, Power Query, SQL, APIs** * ICTs, IoT, cybersecurity * ERP or accounting systems (desirable) * Basic experience with **Oracle NetSuite** * Language: **Intermediate English** (basic reading and communication skills). * Suggested age range: 22–35 years. * Gender: No preference.
