**GRUPO TERRANZA, S.A. de C.V.** We are seeking: **Cost Analyst.** **Responsibilities:** * Support in generating work item catalogs. * Quantify construction volumes. * Develop unit price cards for each project item. * Review quantification tables and the work item catalog against construction drawings. * Enter and prepare the construction budget in the OPU system. **Requirements:** * Minimum age: 24 years. * Civil Engineering degree or related field. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and OPUS (MANDATORY). * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (entering unit prices, construction catalogs, cost analysis, and construction materials). **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000, tax-free. * Statutory benefits. * IMPORTANT: Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:36 hrs., and Saturday, 08:00–13:00 hrs.). * Availability of time and flexible working hours to attend to clients.
