We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our team at SmartJobs. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. Your ability to effectively analyze and visualize data will be key to the team’s success. **Salary:** **$20,000** net per month * + **Monthly bonus** of up to **$4,000**, based on achievement of performance indicators **Working Hours:** * + Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Work Location:** * + Benito Juárez, 5 minutes from Xola Metro Station **Requirements:** * + Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. + Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role as Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst within a Call Center. + **Advanced Excel (technical test will be administered).** + SQL knowledge (assessment will be administered). + Knowledge of OCM (Organizational Change Management or related tools). **Responsibilities:** * + Generate operational and strategic reports to support decision-making. + Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, opportunities, and deviations. + Maintain up-to-date dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs). + Automate reports and processes to optimize delivery timelines. + Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and management teams to ensure goal attainment. + Support the development of action plans based on quantitative analysis. **Competencies and Skills:** * + Analytical thinking. + Attention to detail. + Time management and organization. + Effective communication. + Results orientation. + Ability to work with multiple data sources.
