At **Bodegas Alianza**, a leading Mexican company in wine and spirits distribution, we are seeking a **Bank Reconciliation Analyst** to ensure control over banking transactions across multiple sales channels. What will you do? * Bank reconciliation and transaction validation. * Follow-up on discrepancies with cash-in-transit companies. * Control of deposits, shortages/overages, and returned checks. * Review and classification of card transactions (BBVA, Banorte, AMEX). * Identification of unrecognized charges or deposits into incorrect accounts. * Generation and recording of accounting journal entries. * Telephone support for sales points. * Organization of banking documentation for Accounting. What are we looking for? * Education: **Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Degree certification preferred.** * Experience: **Minimum 2 years of experience** in Banking or Treasury roles. * Knowledge of bank reconciliations, database management, report generation, and basic accounting and finance concepts. * **ERP system proficiency** or other administrative systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, **intermediate Excel skills**. (Technical assessment required) * **On-site work mode.** Residence must be within a maximum 1-hour commute from the workplace.
