It is seeking candidates with a high degree of responsibility and integrity, who are committed and aligned with company policies and procedures, to develop within the organization using best practices as a **Bank Reconciliation Analyst**. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * 2 years of experience in bank reconciliations, general accounting, or treasury. * Experience managing multiple bank accounts and high-volume transactions. * Proficiency in using and operating an ERP system in accounting modules. * Strong Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across the company’s various bank accounts. * Verify that bank balances match accounting balances, identifying and explaining all discrepancies. * Record and track unidentified bank charges, credits, and commissions until properly classified. * Analyze unusual or atypical transactions and escalate incidents to the relevant departments. * Prepare reconciliation reports and bank statements for monthly financial closings and internal/external audits. * Coordinate with banks and internal departments (Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.) to clarify transactions. * Support the cleanup and removal of outdated reconciliation entries. * Ensure reconciliations are fully completed and signed/authorized timely and in accordance with internal policies. * Participate in continuous improvement of reconciliation processes: automation, standardization of formats and controls. * Safeguard and maintain up-to-date physical and/or digital files of reconciliations, bank statements, and supporting documentation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, lookup functions, reconciliations, etc.). * Experience with accounting systems/ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CONTPAQi, NetSuite, or others). * Understanding of bank statements, fees, transaction types, and payment methods (wire transfers, SPEI, checks, credit/debit cards, etc.). * (Desirable) Knowledge of tax regulations and financial closing processes. **Skills:** * High attention to detail and focus on numerical accuracy. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organizational and time-management skills to meet closing deadlines and due dates. * Proactivity in investigating discrepancies and proposing solutions. * Honesty, confidentiality, and adherence to internal control policies. * Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Teamwork and effective interaction with internal departments and banks. ***We Offer:*** * Competitive salary * *Benefits exceeding legal requirements (Grocery vouchers and Savings Fund)* * *Direct employment contract with the company* * *Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with some flexibility)* * *100% on-site work* **Work Location: Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa** *Thank you for carefully reviewing our job posting.
