**Process and Systems Analyst (IT)** **Position Objective** Design, analyze, monitor, and improve institutional processes, acting as a liaison between requesting departments and the Information Technology Directorate for the systematization and technological implementation of processes. **Responsibilities** · Analyze and design internal processes related to IT operations. · Gather, document, and structure functional and process requirements for systematization. · Design processes based on institutional needs, aligned with technological solutions. · Advise the Coordination on matters related to design, analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of IT-oriented processes. · Collaborate with the Directorate in the design and improvement of systems, tools, and technological solutions. · Maintain effective communication between technical teams and business units. Knowledge * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or related fields. * **2 years of experience as a process analyst or Business Analyst in IT environments.** * Knowledge in gathering and documenting requirements. * Proficiency in diagramming, flowcharts, etc. * Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
