




We are seeking an **Administrative and Operational Management Analyst** to support the management of financial, material, and operational resources for the region, ensuring efficient administration aligned with the company’s internal policies. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Work Location** * 5 minutes from Christus Muguerza, Conchita Hospital. **Essential Requirements** * 2–3 years of experience in similar administrative roles. * Experience managing travel allowances, expense control, reconciliations, vendor management, inventory, and report preparation. * Knowledge of accounting and inventory control. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Required Skills** * Proactivity and organizational ability. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in teams. * Analytical and negotiation skills. * Service-oriented attitude. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and validation of travel allowances, expenses, and petty cash in accordance with internal policies. * Recording and tracking of invoices, supporting documents, and administrative transactions in the **Odoo** system. * Preparation of weekly administrative reports and budget monitoring. * Management of payments to vendors, service providers, rent, and maintenance. * Warehouse control, periodic inventory counts, and management of material resources. * Claims follow-up, processing of procedures before public authorities, and supply of office stationery and cleaning materials.
