This opportunity is for you. **Profile.** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (in the process of graduation) * Experience in general accounting. * Knowledge of bank reconciliations, accounting records, and journal entries. * Intermediate–Advanced Excel proficiency; a test will be administered. **Job Responsibilities** · Preparation of accounting for the Self-Financing System; recording of revenue, expense, and daily journal entries. · Provision of accounts receivable from Owners. · Provision of accounts payable to Insurance Companies. · Provision of Awarded Parties related to Award Events. · Provision of Awarded Vehicles. · Cancellations and Terminations. · Payment of Awarded Vehicles. · Application of Monthly Collections. · Identification of Unidentified Collections. · Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for each account of the Self-Financing System. · Conduct Collection Reconciliation. · Perform Group Settlements. · Prepare Financial Statements for the Board of Directors Meeting.
