DE C.V.** *We are looking for your talent as:* **Micro-wire Welder (4 openings)** General Information: * Net Weekly Salary: $2400 to $3000 depending on skills * Overtime pay provided weekly as generated * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 16:30 pm * Social Security enrollment from day one * Statutory benefits (Vacations, Vacation Bonus, Christmas Bonus) * Cafeteria service (Only for first shift) * Weekly payments via electronic transfer every Friday; weeks are considered from Thursday to Wednesday, with payment issued on Friday. Requirements: * Experience in the position required (minimum 2 years), proficient in MIG/MAG and FCAW welding. * Ability to interpret production blueprints and material drawings. * The welder must be able to properly set up and adjust machine parameters (wire speed, amperage, and voltage) according to material type and thickness. * Material preparation: Includes cutting, cleaning, and beveling metal parts prior to welding, using tools such as grinders and measuring tapes. * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. Responsibilities: * Precise and high-quality joining of metal parts, such as stainless steel or aluminum, to create durable and aesthetically pleasing structures based on required projects.
