At Adhetec, we are looking for our next **"Business Developer"** **Who are we?** We are a company that is part of Grupo Industrial Adhetec S.A de C.V, initially dedicated to the production of ceramic adhesives and with more than 20 years of experience in the construction market. We have three manufacturing plants for ceramic adhesives and grinds: Apaxco Plant, State of Mexico; Vizarrón Querétaro Plant; and Tepeaca Puebla Plant. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Follow-up on customer requests. * Study and understand the market for acquiring new customers. * Responsible for brand positioning. * Monitor competition through benchmarking. * Responsible for setting prices according to established policy and current price list. * Identify market opportunities including prices, brands, presentations, etc. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * 2 years of experience in the construction industry (INDISPENSABLE) (white work, finishes, adhesives, tile adhesives, etc.) * Proven experience in business development (acquiring new clients). * Knowledge of regions. * Valid driver's license (INDISPENSABLE). * Ability to drive standard vehicles (INDISPENSABLE). * Preferably from companies such as Uniblock, Lamosa, Cemix, Cemex, Calidra, etc. **Competencies:** * Commercial negotiation. * Results-oriented. * Decision-making. * Adaptability to digital environments. * Service attitude. * Compliance with standards. **What do we offer?** * Attractive base salary. * Commissions. * Vehicle. * Travel allowances. * Hybrid work (more time spent in the field).
