Position Summary: Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC and exhaust systems, ensuring optimal environmental conditions in critical areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage HVAC and exhaust system maintenance. 2. Supervise air handling units and chillers. 3. Ensure ductwork cleaning and filter replacement. **Vacancy: HVAC and Ductwork Maintenance Responsible** **Objective Summary:** Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and exhaust systems, ensuring required environmental and cleanliness conditions for critical production and office areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the operation of Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, mini\-splits, and exhaust systems. * Ensure ductwork cleaning and filter replacement according to maintenance schedules. * Monitor critical parameters (differential pressure, temperature, and humidity) in manufacturing areas. * Manage and supervise external vendors for specialized refrigeration services. * Perform diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical failures in HVAC equipment. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in HVAC system maintenance, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or food industries. * **Knowledge:** Refrigerant handling, electrical diagram interpretation, control systems, and ductwork. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * **Free transportation within the zone.** * **Work Location:** Chalco, State of Mexico.
