You will be responsible for driving the development of the technical team through effective training, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans and continuous improvement, always aligned with operational pillars: safety, quality, environment, cost, and people. Actively participate in projects focused on waste reduction, productivity, automation, and digitalization. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * **Comply with SHE standards** for safety, health, and environment to prevent accidents and illnesses, reporting unsafe conditions using tools such as SBO and cards. * **Ensure product quality** by complying with good manufacturing practices, hygiene, and documentation, aligned with customer expectations. * **Implement UMS tools** for continuous improvement, actively participating in the PM pillar and collaborating with other pillars. * **Supervise the maintenance plan** (mechanical and electrical), evaluating activity quality, closing work orders (OT’s), and ensuring support for AM. * **Manage equipment efficiency indicators** such as MTBF, MTTR, CTP, and OLE, and implement CBM when applicable. * **Manage the maintenance budget**, justifying expenses, scheduling personnel shifts, and coordinating with shift leaders to avoid deviations. * **Lead the management of abnormalities and corrective actions**, including follow-up on EWO/S-EWO/Q-EWO, closing audit findings, and documenting changes (MOC/eMOC/MOPE). * **Define critical components and assess machinery criticality**, generating Machine Ledger and triggering CAPEX requirements. * **Maintain accuracy in master data and SAP**, ensuring updated information and supporting the spare parts warehouse in purchases, item creation, and reviews. * **Participate in audits, safety committees, and improvement projects**, including automation, digitalization, and loss reduction. **WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED** **Experience:** * Completed Engineering degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Automation, Planning, Maintenance, or related fields * Proven experience in maintenance, development of maintenance protocols, and financial resource management. * Knowledge, participation, and leadership in UMS · Audit presentations. **Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). * Maintenance theory * Analysis and improvement tools * Good manufacturing practices * As established by the Annual Training Plan. **Soft Skills:** * Knowledge and experience in crisis management, including response plans, effective communication, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills to interact with different organizational levels, external authorities, and safety providers. * Desired experience in industrial or corporate environments with a focus on regulatory compliance and global standards. **ARE YOU INTERESTED?** Submit your application through this portal, as email applications will not be processed.
