We are seeking talent that shares our vision and values and wishes to become part of a great team, developing their skills and knowledge in the position: ***ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*** **Requirements**: * Age: 28 to 40 years * Excellent personal presentation * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Administration, or related field** **Work Experience**: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing and bank reconciliations. * Familiarity with any accounting or administrative software is desirable. **Main Responsibilities**: * Data entry and recording of accounting information. * Monitoring and control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Preparation and management of invoicing. * Organization and filing of accounting and administrative documentation. * Monitoring and control of tax files and documentation. * Support in administrative activities of the department. **We Offer**: * Salary of $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 (based on experience) * Meal allowance * Uniforms * Statutory benefits
