





**Job Description:** Do you have experience in **auto insurance** and are interested in growing in an administrative role focused on customer service? We are looking for a **Warranty Extension Executive** to support administrative processes, billing, system registration, and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers. Your role will be key in ensuring agile, reliable processes with an excellent service experience. The main objective of this position is the technical administration and analysis, clarification, resolution, and control of claims from sales points for the corporate client. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration and analysis of claims after classification of documentation, handling claim tickets generated in the claims module, extracting metrics and analyzing them, as well as providing responses until completion of payment to the service center and proper recording * Generate remittances, request and monitor payments, follow up, and complete the payment process to service points * Prepare, schedule, and deliver training sessions on the claims process to sales and service points nationwide * Support management and commercial and service coordination in special cases focused on closing sales, operational and commercial training, system testing, and verification of operational flows **Requirements:** * Education: **Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree** (any major). * Experience: **1 to 2 years** in auto insurance (warranty extension, administration, or similar). * Intermediate knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Good intermediate/advanced **Excel** skills for data analysis and reporting (pivot tables, databases, data cross-referencing). **Skills:** * **Customer orientation**, providing clear, empathetic, and professional service. * Excellent **communication and teamwork skills**. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * Ability to handle sensitive information and high analytical capacity. **We Offer:** * Salary: **$17,000 gross monthly**. * **Hybrid 3x2 model** (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). * Excellent work environment. **If you have experience in auto insurance and want to grow in an administrative role with direct customer interaction, this position is for you.
