





**Quality Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, Nutrition or related field. * Basic knowledge of food regulations and food safety (NOM, GMP, HACCP) * Proficiency in Office software **Responsibilities:** * Maintain compliance with quality management systems, food safety, security, and hygiene. * Train personnel in GHP, GMP, allergen control, HACCP, Food Defense, and food fraud prevention. * Monitor and manage KPIs * Track non-conformities and corrective actions * Coordinate pest control and sanitation activities at facilities * Support internal audits and preparation of evidence for external audits * Monitor hygiene, organization, and cleaning programs * Prepare quality reports, document changes, and system improvements **DESIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Perishable products, meat, dairy, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Introduction to food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) We offer: * $18,000 monthly net salary * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers $900 per month * Discount card * Free uniforms * Work equipment.
