A leading Mexican company in the manufacturing of HDPE thermoformed parts for the automotive industry and other manufacturing sectors is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. **Location:** San Pedro Mártir, Tlalpan **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** 18,000 net per month **Position Description:** The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily production operations, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and efficiency goals. We are looking for someone with leadership, initiative, and the ability to work toward objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily work of operational staff on the plant floor. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production time standards. * Coordinate workload planning and task distribution within the area. * Identify process deviations and propose corrective actions. * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering departments to ensure process continuity. * Promote discipline, order, and good practices in the production area. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
