An industrial sector company dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of concrete prefabricated products is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies at its plant. We offer: * Monthly salary of $17,000 * Statutory benefits **Requirements:** * Degree or candidate in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, medium-voltage systems, substations, and industrial instrumentation. * Experience in automation and maintenance of industrial equipment. **Main responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and resolution of electrical failures on production lines. * Supervision and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordination of electrical audits and management of critical spare parts. * Preparation of reports, performance indicators, and root-cause analysis. * Ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–13:00 hrs.
