**Department:** Operations/Service **Reports to:** Head Waiter / Restaurant Manager **Position Objective:** Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers, ensuring a high-quality dining experience that reflects the standards and values of La Puerta de Tres Marías. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously, ensuring their comfort. * Present the menu, make suggestions, and take orders accurately. * Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and stations. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar for accurate order delivery. * Verify dishes are complete, at proper temperature, and correctly presented. * Prepare checks, process payments, and provide receipts to customers. * Contribute to the restaurant’s positive image (uniform, hygiene, attitude). * Assist in special events or banquets as required. * Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school (preferably high school diploma or course in food service). * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a waiter in a full-service restaurant.
