**The Position:** Preparation and service of food, under strict quality and hygiene standards. Collaborating in all dining areas such as dishwashing, tableware, main course, dessert, fruits and vegetables, main bar area, balance bar area, cold bar area, storage, covering, salads, vegetables, and executive dining room. The role of the General Kitchen Assistant involves being available to rotate among different functions and activities within the dining area, as well as across three predefined and established shifts at the company. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Properly wash and disinfect major equipment to be used in the area. * Keep the area clean and free of accident risks. * Support operational areas of the dining room when required. * Ensure proper sanitation processes for cutlery and production equipment across various services. * Maintain bars at correct temperatures, adequately stocked, and clean during each service. * Provide continuous and timely service. * Operate equipment properly, keeping it in optimal condition, assisting in its maintenance to prevent breakdowns. * Keep areas clean and free of accident risks. * Maintain food cuts according to the planned specifications. **Requirements:** * Hold a completed high school diploma. * Have three years of experience in industrial dining rooms, serving at least 500 diners per service. * Previous knowledge of operational equipment such as Rational Ovens, Marmites, Tilting Pans, Food Processors, and/or Blast Chillers. * Knowledge of chemical products used in kitchens.
