You will ensure proper handling of finished products throughout all warehouse processes (receipt, picking, and shipment), complying with established quality standards and good warehousing practices, thereby safeguarding resource and product integrity for immediate availability. **A Day in the Life of...** * Handle, store, and verify finished products across all warehouse processes (unloading, storage, preparation, loading) according to NPPC quality standards to ensure absence of broken, torn, wet, stained, and/or pest-infested items. * Accurately complete all prescribed forms for each process to fully document all activities performed. * Pick requested quantities per established procedures and standards to avoid customer non-compliance. * Load prepared shipments onto transport units with correct quantity and quality for timely release and delivery to customers. * Participate in physical inventory counting—whether periodic or cycle counts—to ensure stock reliability and guarantee availability of finished products. * Comply with SHE management system policies and objectives. * Identify and assess risks and opportunities associated with changes in your processes or the SHE management system. * Identify environmental aspects as well as hazards and risks arising from activities under your control—or those you can influence—under normal, abnormal, and reasonably foreseeable emergency conditions. * Participate in SHE management system training. * Implement operational controls to minimize environmental aspects and impacts, as well as hazards and risks. * Establish, implement, and maintain necessary processes to prepare for and respond to potential emergencies. Perform general warehouse operations including palletizing prepared shipments, product labeling, reconditioning, emptying, cleaning, segregation of finished products, non-conforming products (factory defects, breakage, pest infestation, etc.), raw materials, packaging, and their repositioning across various warehouse processes (receipt, internal movement, preparation), maintaining order and cleanliness at all times * **What Will Make You Successful** * Basic knowledge of warehouse processes (receipt, picking, and shipment). * Basic knowledge of good warehousing practices. * Extensive knowledge of forklift operation. * Basic knowledge of push-pull device operation. * Valid DC3 license
